1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GT99 platform, including all betting services, casino games, promotions, and any related features accessible via the website. 3. Account Responsibilities

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

GT99 processes all financial transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but we aim to complete all withdrawals as quickly as possible.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Results are not influenced by previous rounds or any external factors.

Live betting markets are available for select sports events. Odds in live markets update in real time and can change rapidly. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds before placing a live bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Opening or operating more than one GT99 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair edge.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or incorrect odds to place bets that would not otherwise be accepted under normal conditions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or using privileged information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting personal information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.

If GT99 suspects that any of the above activities have occurred, we reserve the right to suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full internal investigation before determining any final action.

8. Privacy & Data Use

GT99 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, and improve the platform experience. GT99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. While we work hard to maintain platform availability, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

GT99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
